USA's makes me think of Wonder Woman as a Vegas showgirl appearing nightly at Caesar's Palace with Elton John and Cher.
Russia's is very pretty. I like Spain, Germany, Canada, Argentina, and Philippines as well.

Russia is always one of my favorite NCs. Not too impressed by Spain's interpretation of a "Servant of God". The costume though is very beautiful!
