joolz: i still have not devised a scoring system... i only put up the ones that have consistently placed in the 3 finished big 4 pageants. 
. however... i think mexico would be in the top 5... strong showings in MU and ME, and a guaranteed top 15 placement in MW.

Most of the time the bridesmaid. I think they usually falter or overwhelmed by other constestants in the Q&A (e.g. 1994 and 2008).
