WOOF! No Chance At All

I watched it online. The damn show was 3 1/2 hours long, and the winner is so ugly. Madame De Fontenay is prettier. They picked some of the ugliest ones for the top 12. I only got 1 right. It was Miss Poitou-Charentes. She was the prettiest of them all, and had the best body. My other choices were Miss Paris, Ile de France, Languedoc Roussillon, Alsace, Bourgogne, Tahiti, Aquitaine, Orleanais, Pay de Savoie, Loire Foretz, and Provence. Of the final five, Miss Lorraine was the best. She should have won. I for sure thought that Miss Pays de Loire was going to win, because she was the crowd favorite. What I don't understand is who chose the winner? Was it the judge panel, or the public? Or, was it a combination of both? On the website, it says "You have chosen Miss Albigeois-Midi Pyrenees for Miss France 2009." To me, "you" refers to the public. Somebody fill me in on what happened, please. I have no idea, as my French is so lame.
