Janicel Lubina in the 16th spot. To be honest I love Janicel more than Pia even during Bb Pilipinas - her weakness is only the Q&A portion & interview but she was awarded the best in Swimsuit and Evening gown ... but beauty wise I prefer her

It's interesting that Janicel was the 1st RU to Megan at Miss World Philippines 2013 and 1st RU to Pia at Binibining Pilipinas 2015. Maybe she brought them good luck?

Yes she was . Pia and Megan is both under Aces & Queens camp while Janicel is under Kagandang Flores. During Miss World Philippines 2013 it's very obvious that Megan will win. But in Bb Pilipinas 2015 it's been Janicel who is in favor to win The Universe crown, her camp maybe want to retain the Universe title after MJ so even Janicel is not yet ready that time she already competed. Anyway Megan and Pia is destined to be Miss World and Miss Universe and to Janicel, how I wish she can compete in Miss Supranational, I think her catwalk skills fits the pageant and less Q&A , same as Mutya Datul both pretty and catwalk diva but weakness is the Q&A portion.
