I just want to make sure if this is the pageant that was founded in Hamilton in 1945? And Karen Baldwin is the only Miss Universe produced by Miss Canada. Are they still sending the winner to any International pageant since the franchise of Miss Universe is now under Miss Universe Canada?

The Miss Canada pageant that produced MU winner Karen Baldwin was discontinued in 1992-1993 with the last titleholder being Nicole Dudson in 1992. It seems another company revived the Miss Canada pageant in 2009. I highly doubt the winner competes at any international pageant but maybe the pageant has the franchise for minor international pageants.
