The pattern didn't happen as well, usually if Aces and Queens will win the Universe title KF will win the International title. this year Aces & Queens grab most of the crowns and runners up and SF!!!!

Maria Mika “Maxine” Medina was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2016 (or Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2016) during Binibining Pilipinas 2016, held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila. She succeeds Pia Wurtzbach, Binibining Pilipinas 2015 and Miss Universe 2015. The 25-year-old beauty queen will represent Philippines at Miss Universe pageant this year.

The Pinay queen hails from Quezon City and is an interior designer who graduated from the Philippine School of Interior Design with experience in designing residential condominiums. The 25-years-old beauty is also an ace in the field of modeling.

40 beauties competed in the event organized by Bb. Pilipinas-Charities under the direction of Madame Stella Marquez de Araneta. Miss USA 2015, Olivia Jordan, acted as one of the VIP judges. Although rumors in pageant networks indicated that the date and venue of Miss Universe 2016 would be known today during the telecast, such announcement did not take place.

Miss Universe Philippines 2016, Maxine Medina crowned by Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach

Binibining Pilipinas 2016 International – Kylie Verzosa (Binibini 31)

During this event, Kylie Verzosa, Binibini 31 was crowned as Miss International Philippines 2016 by the outgoing Bb. Pilipinas International Janicel Lubina. The 24-year old from Baguio City stands 1.75 m tall and will travel to Japan to compete in the Miss International 2016 finals on November 25th; where she hopes to get crowned by the reigning Miss International Edymar Martínez Blanco of Venezuela.

Kylie Verzosa has done her graduation in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University. The Filipina is a professional model and worked on fashion and beauty spreads in magazines and broadsheets under the Professional Models Association of the Philippines.

“I also got to travel to Singapore and Hong Kong, where I had two shoots every week. You’d think that after a modeling gig like that, being a beauty queen would be a breeze, right?” she said.

Binibining Pilipinas 2016 Intercontinental – Jennifer Hammond (Binibini 26)

Jennifer Hammond won the title of Bb. Pilipinas-Intercontinental. She is 25 years old and comes from Laguna; and will compete in Miss Intercontinental 2016 expected to be held in Sri Lanka. Jennifer Hammond was crowned by her predecessor,Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental 2015 Christi Lyn McGarry. Hailing from San Pedro, Jennifer stands tall at an astounding height of 5’8” and is a nursing graduate from the University of Perpetual Help System in Calamba, Laguna. Switching career from medical to modelling was a drastic step for Jennifer, and she has always wanted to get into the profession.

Binibining Pilipinas 2016 Supranational – Joanna Eden (Binibini 13)

At the magnificent finale night of the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 held on April 17’ 2016 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines,Joanna Deapera Eden (Binibini 13) emerged as the Miss Supranational Philippines 2016. The 19 years old was crowned by her predecessor Rogelie Catacutan, Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2015. Joanna Deapera Eden will get the golden opportunity to represent Philippines at the upcoming Miss Supranational 2016, wherein the Pinay beauty queen hopes to be crowned by the reigning Miss Supranational Stephania Sofía Vázquez Stegman of Paraguay.

Joanna Deapera is currently in her second year at the De La Salle University studying International Studies major in American. She has an inclination for music and plays the flute and saxophone. Joanna is half-Aussie who traces her Filipino roots in Lucban, Quezon.

Binibining Pilipinas 2016 Grand International – Nicole Cordoves (Binibini 11)

Receiving the title of Bb. Pilipinas-Grand by the outgoing Bb. Pilipinas Grand International Parul Shah, was Nicole Cordovez, 23 years old from Manila. She will travel to Las Vegas to compete for the title of Miss Grand International on October 25th. The Pinay beauty is currently working at the Department of Finance. She is also an active member of Iris Philippines, a non-governmental organization that is geared towards helping women and children

Binibining Pilipinas 2016 Globe – Nichole Marie Manalo (Binibini 28)

Nichole Marie Manalo won the title of Bb. Pilipinas-Globe and Nichole Marie succeeds, Ann Lorraine Colis, who won the 2015 edition of Miss Globe pageant. Nichole is expected to travel to Albania for Miss Globe 2016.
