Dato curioso: Todos los año la banda de la ganadora dice "Miss Venezuela Universo" excepto en el 1999 que decía "Miss Venezuela". Ese año la ganadora Martina Thorogood participa en Miss Mundo y no en Miss Universo, con Keysi Sayago se repite la historia, lo que hace incierta su participación es Miss Universo 2017, ya que no tenemos representante para el Miss Mundo, cabe la posibilidad de que asista al concurso de Julia Morley.

Eh...
I was like Miranda or Monagas, Monagas or Miranda for the whole day. In the end I chose rumours but I'm glad that beauty won and not plastic to the max

I have lost my hope for Venezuela....Whaat? I remember when they had stunners like Dayana Mendoza, and during 00. Nowadays I don´t care for their Miss Universe-candidates. They are still strong in other pageants, like Miss International. eja

Dayana Mendoza was a stunner just during the final night of Miss Universe but she's an icon and I will always like her
