Albania. BPCI should drop this title next year Bb Pilipinas and just send the runner up or Semi Finalist instead. The pageant is cheap this year. And no Q&A portion

Albania!! That explains a lot! Half of the girs would propably have no connection to the country's sash they're wearing! I agree, BPCI or any other respected national org should drop this title!
