Miss Universe Guyana 2016 Soyini Frazer attended a courtesy call at the house of Consul General of Guyana in Balara, Quezon City. Selected friends and media members attended the event. Soyini is competing for the title of Miss Universe 2016 along with 86 other delegates from around the world. Coronation night is on January 30, 2017 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

Shirly is wearing Rosa-Maria's sash from last year. Because our rep for Miss World stayed in America for a month after the pageant and she has our "airport-sash" still with her

I agree Scott! I hope Sierra Leone training here in the Philippines will help. I want to see her and miss Kenya in the Top 15 from Africa. Barbados, Curacao, Haiti or Aruba in the Caribbean. Iceland, Poland, Romania & Turkey from Europe and maybe Finland. Honduras! they haven't place for awhile. I think seeing these countries in the semis is so refreshing
