I think Mr Switzerland pageant organizer does not send their boys to any international pageant. They do not need anyway. Stefan is very popular in switzerland and the neighboring countries like germany and austria.

The national organizer used to send to one of the international male pageants. But they stopped. I guess their reason is that they find it useless. Stefan for example is very popular and gives them enough bookings to earn. And besides i guess from day one he won he was already tied to modelling contract with D&G and Joop!. Modelling contracts generally do not allow him to join another pageant.

No these photos are not photoshopped. Although as you might notice in the first pic he has a little bit too thick foundation. I saw him in person in a club one time. What you see now is really him. Anyway I will search candid photos. And upload ASAP
