Rachel Peters is Half British. She is under Kagandahang Flores Camp where it's rare for them to snatch the Universe title - the last time was in 2014 (MJ Lastimosa).
Maybe because she is under KF Camp nobody from here in our country predicted her as the winner.
She gave the best performance from Swimsuit , Evening gown and gave the best answer in Q&A portion.
Her asset is her body, height, communication skills. However I find her face sometimes manly or she has an angle like MJ that doesn't look good (But for sure her camp and BPCI will find a way to improve it)
I am satisfied with the results.
Charmaine can comeback again next year. And I don't want Mariel to be bash to death because of her body if she wins the Universe title . Sirene needs to improve her communication skills as well.

I used to hate our winner before specially Janine Tugonon in 2012 but she placed to high in Miss Universe so I don't want to bash our representative in MU anymore. I will just support her

It's Philippines, sash factor will help to place but nothing more than top 13/top 9 with this medicore lady...

That's what I thought Mariel is my main choice for the Universe though. I don't know what BPCI or the judges is thinking during the deliberation.
There was a rumor about camps here earlier - But I don't want to post it here since they always see me in pageant events
