Puerto Rico is back for MISS EARTH, they've been absent since 2014.
The new National Director is Ms. Laura Clark, she is also the National Director of Miss USA Earth, this new franchise is focus to get PR back in track at the MISS EARTH PAGEANT. A new crown is also released for Miss Earth Puerto Rico.
