Mister International Korea 2017 | Contestants

SEOUL, KOREA - A physical education university student won the 11th Mister Korea 2017, topping a field of 25 Korean hunks from all over the country at the glittering finals night Monday, October 30, at The Partyum in Gangnam.

The towering Seung Hwan Lee, an early favorite among pageant aficionados, performed consistently during the different phases of the competition. He is set to compete in the Mister International pageant which will take place in Myanmar on February 2018. Kang Doo Hyeong, an actor, placed 1st runner-up & will represent Korea in Mister Global 2018 pageant. 2nd runner-up Kim Young Geun, who works as a doctor will be flying to Poland to vie for the Mister Supranational title. Goo Jae Hyeong Sales placed 3rd runner-up while Ahn Seong Hwan (tailor) & Jeong Hyo Bin (personal trainer) tied as 4th runner-up. They will also be competing in international pageants such as Man of the World & Mister Eco International.

Throughout the entire finale, the audience were constantly entertained, even starstruck as the contestants who went viral in several videos that garnered millions of hits on social media paraded in formal wear, swimwear and casual wear. Dreams came true and limits were pushed in the packed auditorium. South Korea's most brilliant and skilled men participated in the most spectacular national male pageant of the country and this year, the Koreans have now taken notice of male pageantry.
