Yes!! Her lastname is Ljubisavljevic because her father is from Serbia, and her 2nd lastname is Rodríguez, her mother is from Venezuela.
Also Veruska was born in Venezuela.

In September will be announced the new delegate for Venezuela.

It is not a rumor, she is suing the MISS VENEZUELA ORG, because of this. And a judge ordered not to continue the Miss Venezuela Pageant 2018-2019 until further notice.
So the pageant has been cancelled.
