Trinidad and Tobago - No national pageant was held. The organization also made an announcement that they will not be appointing anybody to compete in this year pageant. This was contrary to previous reports stating that Matricia Alleyne was appointed as Miss Universe Trinidad & Tobago 2018.

We are just waiting for Slovakia, Italy and Kenya? for a total of 95?

Armenia, Kyrgyzstan , & Mongolia will debut this year.

Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago withdrew

And Slovenia, Austria will not send a delegate.

No updates for Romania, Sierra Leone , Tanzania & definitely Iraq will not be sending a candidate.

Arrival will be on November 29th and the candidates will stay at Dusit Thani

Ana Liliana Aviao

Ana Liliana Aviao was born in Angola and raised in The Netherlands. She is currently finalizing her bachelor's degree in International Business and Management. She aims to use her degree to become an entrepreneur in emerging markets. Currently she is the co-founder of a recent established NGO that aims to connect Angolan small businesses looking for capital with Dutch investors for foreign investment opportunities. She enjoys journaling, meditating, and traveling. This year, Ana hopes to assist the youth in finding their purpose through entrepreneurship and self-development. She represents the underdogs, the outcasts, the tall girls who find it hard to accept their length, the children who grew up in single-parent families, and all of the diasporas who are counting the days until they get to reunite with their country someday. Ana represents humanity, and the result of what happens to humanity when we dare to be bigger than the conditions that we were born in. Agustina Belen Pivowarchuk

Agustina Pivowarchuk kept herself busy the last 4 years through her university studies. After her first year studying Business Administration, Agustina realized that she wanted to pursue her vocation for health and nutrition, therefore, decided to switch majors and study Nutrition. Agustina has always been interested in learning about healthy food and believes many health problems are highly related to eating habits. When she isn't studying, Agustina takes acting classes. Although, with a tight school schedule she is unable to pursue her childhood passion in dance. Agustina hopes to make her country proud at this year's Miss Universe competition.

Francesca Hung

Francesca Hung has already completed a Bachelor's in Arts majoring in Sociology, and is now on track to complete her second degree - a Master's in Publishing at The University of Sydney. Francesca is the first Eurasian winner for the Miss Universe Australia preliminary, and wants to use her title to be a role model for all multicultural children growing up in today's society. In her spare time, Francesca loves to play the piano, practice ballet, as well as write and speak Italian. She is also passionate about her health and fitness, and enjoys boxing and cooking up healthy meals for the whole family. Francesca is looking forward to competing on a global stage at this year's Miss Universe competition.

Danielle Grant

Danielle Simone Grant is a classically trained dancer having studied ballet, pointe, jazz and salsa since the age of 3. A rising senior from Johnson & Wales University graduating Summa Cum Laude, Danielle is also an accomplished pianist having played for over 13 years. Her passion extends beyond music, international travel, Junkanoo, and dance to a deep love of pets. As an advocate for animal rights, she campaigns against abuse and neglect, and lobbies for the implementation of therapy and service animals in The Bahamas. An active volunteer with the Humane Society and BAARK, Danielle plans to form a non-profit that will work with animal organizations worldwide to ensure animals are used in schools, by children with disabilities, in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and homes for the elderly across the globe.

Meghan Theobalds

Meghan Theobalds is a true citizen of the world having been born and raised in Barbados, but also having lived in Canada and France in her young 26 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a Specialization in Consumer Behaviour and Major in French. Meghan is the daughter of a mother who battled breast cancer not once, but twice and has learned a lot about dealing with adversity with strength and grace. She is passionate about gender equality and aims to use her voice and passion to climb the corporate ladder beyond the glass ceiling so that she can help other women also ascend to claim their own seat at the table. If awarded the crown, she will use this platform to continue her work globally with I Am A Girl Barbados, encouraging young women to constantly seek knowledge and to strive for their dreams even in the face of opposition.

BELIZE

Jenelli Fraser

Jenelli Shanice Fraser sees herself as the dictionary definition of a true Creole, a Pataki-full of Mexican, Grenadian, African and British heritage. The spirituality and strength of her mother, coupled with her father's legacy and determination of setting local and international track and field records for Belize, have instilled good moral values into her and made her into a confidently beautiful woman today. Jenelli pursued an undergraduate degree in the Arts, General Studies with a Major in Psychology. She then became a member of the Youth Apprenticeship Program, where she was given the opportunity to work with the Ministry of National Security, as one of the few women volunteer Scenes of Crime personnel, attached to the Belize Police Department. She has acquired a certificate of completion in Clandestine Laboratory and Chemical Diversion Investigators by the U.S. Embassy in Belize and is a member of the International Crime Scene Investigators Association. She then enrolled in the Undergraduate Certificate Program for Criminology at the University of the West Indies. Jenelli's dream is to acquire a graduate degree or higher in Forensic Psychology, and be the first woman of Belize with such title. She has a love for the Creative Arts. Taught by the world-renowned Cuban musician, Carlos Perrote, she learnt several instruments including the piano, the recorder, and her favorite the steel pan, which is a popular Caribbean instrument. That zeal for music led her to become a dancer for several years with the Belize National Dance Company. Jenelli has a drive and passion for community service. She is changing the concept for industry standards of pageant girls, which she feels is her strength and sets her apart from the rest. Having become health conscious, she likes to think of herself as being a role model for other beautiful women and men, no matter size, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.

Ayana Phillips

Ayana Phillips is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College. Ayana's focus is to help rebuild the British Virgin Islands that was ravished by Hurricane Irma and Maria in 2017. She is passionate about education and intends to own her own marketing firm which would allow her the opportunity to market the British Virgin Islands and make the BVI stronger. Ayana is looking forward to representing her country at this year's Miss Universe competition.

Nat Rern

Rern Nat is a part time model and former radio host in Phnom Penh. She keeps herself busy by supporting advocacies that promote education to youth and women empowerment. She also hopes to join the army someday and be able to serve her country and countrymen. Rern is looking forward to representing Cambodia on a global stage at this year's Miss Universe competition.

CANADA

Marta Magdalena Stepien

Marta Magdalena Stepien is entering her last year of school with a degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology with a 3.96 GPA. She has a strong interest in Genetics and Immunology, and has worked as an Applied Researcher. Marta Magdalena has a 10 year international modeling career under her belt, and has worked with numerous reputable companies and designers. Her pageant experience allowed her to become a government appointed Japanese Tourism Ambassador. These roles have allowed her to travel the globe, experiencing different cultures in countries such as Poland, Japan, France, England, Germany, South Korea, Switzerland, and Colombia, thus allowing her to better understand the people and world around her. She is also fluent in Polish, English, as well as conversational French and German. Any spare time is occupied by her artistic talents, charity work, or a continuous dedication to leading an active lifestyle. If the crown returns to Canada after 13 years, she's determined to empower young women and girls who come from backgrounds similar to her: low income, single parent, and immigrant. Marta Magdalena wants to work towards creating her own after school programs that are free of charge to attend, which focus on sparking a love for technology, encompassing robotics, coding and networking.

Caitlin Tyson

Caitlin Tyson is a professionally trained actress, model, writer and certified yoga instructor. Well known in the modeling circuit in the Cayman Islands, she's graced many covers and has been featured in publications locally and internationally. Caitlin has an Associates Degree in Literary Studies from the University College of the Cayman Islands and a degree in Acting from her conservatory training at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, where she was on the Dean's list. She has workshopped with Tony award winner, Frank Langella, and has graced many runways for various designers including Yumi Katsura Couture for New York Bridal Fashion week and Radmila Lolly at Carnegie Hall. She enjoys meeting new people and learning more about other cultures; Caitlin loves to cook, especially when she can share Caymanian cuisine with all of her international friends. She also loves musical theatre, old Hollywood movies and yoga on the beach. Caitlin has always felt a responsibility to give back to her community, she credits her strength and concern for the community from her roots that are highly influenced by strong Caymanian women. Raised by a single mother and social worker, she has always been drawn to the service of others and strongly believes that it is our duty to improve the quality of the lives of the people around us. She is a proud Caymanian woman and exhibits her 'Caymankind' by becoming a member of Kiwanis, Key Club and Circle K International. During winter Caitlin has prepared and distributed care packages for homeless people on the streets of New York City and volunteers with the Alzheimer's and Dementia Association of the Cayman Islands.

Andrea Diaz

Andrea Diaz is a model who has had the opportunity to work in Panama, Mexico and Costa Rica. She returned to Chile in 2015 due to a severe medical negligence when acid was administrated in her face, causing a very deep depression. Thanks to the support of her family and friends, she recovered and gained her confidence back. Now, she is getting ready to take on the job of representing her beloved country at the Miss Universe competition.

Meisu Qin

Meisu Qin was born and raised in the Northeastern part of China. As a professional model, she has traveled to many ccountry including Milan, Italy. Meisu graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in Mathematics. With a degree and a dream, she wants to continue to work on becoming one of Asia's top models. Meisu is looking forward to competing on a global stage at this year's Miss Universe competition.
