GOODBYE!!! Desirée Lowry & Luisito Vigoreaux- WELCOME NOW!! Denise Quiñones!!

At last!!!
Both Desirée & Luisito had lost yesterday the Miss Universe Puerto Rico Org. Franchise, since the MU Org. did not renovate the contract. For now PR's channel 4, WAPA TV owns the franchise and is seeking for a new National Director.
We are so happy for these news, hope to see PR again in the semifinals at MU (last time was in 2013) and also being back as a POWERHOUSE that it used to be.
By the way, this year a National Pageant will not be held, a candidate will be appointed for MU 2018.

Thanks for sharing this. I kept seeing stuff yesterday on facebook, but it was in spanish and I couldn't read it, haha!

But those are only rumors, I am not a fan of her, she looks like plain Mayra Matos MUPR 2009.
I just hope that whoever take the Franchise, makes the right decision.

It's official, MISS UNIVERSE PUERTO RICO ORG new National Director is Denise Quiñones - MISS UNIVERSE 2001.
One of her assistants will be PR's Designer Carlos Alberto (the one who made Zuleyka's chain gown, also Miss USA's 2007 & 2008 gowns) and of course Stephanie Del Valle's gowns (the night she won & the night she crowned Manushi)
