For sure Elena Isinbaeva from Russia, the queen of the olympics....not just for her natural beauty but for her charisma and effort..... she gave us one of the most emotive moments of this Olympic Games, olympic and world record....well deserved gold medal !!!

I am so impressed of her effort, she had already the gold medal and broken the olympic record but she made an extra effort to broke the world record, the crowd in the stadium were all supporting her, clapping and screaming.... it was trully an emotive moment....that moments are unvaluable and show the real spirit of the games !!!!!

Germany's performance is so poor this year! We always had such a strong team in rowing! Fabian Hambüchen was a stron favorite at the bars. But this year the fail one after the other. At the moment we have 11 gold medals, 8 silver and 10 bronze. And a we are in the hockey final. So actually no reason to complain...

My personal hero is Jan "Frodo" Frodeno, gold medalist at triathlon...
