Due to the confusion caused by the untimely demise of our good friend Mr. Mark Gil Balisacan, we are now constrained to issue this official notice to all of the National Directors, Candidates, Sponsors, and other Participants and Stakeholders of the 2018 2nd Edition of Mister Grand International Pageant.

Let it be known to all that there exist a perfected and consummated Deed of Assignment that was entered between Mr. Mark Gil Balisacan and 1189 Manila Castings, Inc. over the Intellectual Ownership of Mister Grand International prior to the demise of the former. Attached to this official notice is a copy of the said deed of assignment. We emphasize that this deed of assignment has effectively assigned the Intellectual Property Rights of Mister Grand International Pageant to 1189 Manila Castings, Inc. in accordance with the Philippine Intellectual Law and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)

Therefore, 1189 Manila Castings, Inc. is now the true owner of the Intellectual Rights of Mister Grand International Pageant. Any management and/or production over the use of Mister Grand International Pageant should be with the knowledge, consent, approval of 1189 Manila Castings, Inc. alone and no other.

As such, this notice shall likewise serve as DISCLAIMER to all National Directors, Candidates, Sponsors, and other Participants, and Stakeholders of the 2018 2nd Edition of Mister Grand International Pageant that any coordination, agreement or/ and any activity with any third person shall not be recognized and not be the responsibility of 1189 Manila Castings, Inc. without its written authority and consent thereto.
