She will be the first transgender woman to compete in Miss Universe. This is a good story to tell (She will place for the sake of the story).
We have lots of beautiful transgender woman here in the Philippines but I don't think we are ready to accept transgender in Genetic /Natural Woman Beauty contest cause we have lots of pageants for transgender woman here

She looks like some old misses from Venezuela.
I don't care if she was born a girl or not...she was not the best and it's unfair that she won! The whole show was bad!
I am thinking that for the first time in pageant history there was an obvious act of discrimination against women! That's my personal opinion! It's just sad!

This is a never ending debate. I am a transgender woman too but I'd rather see her competing with other trans whole-wide world but the problem is Spain recognize by law that she is a woman. Here in the Philippines we are not recognize as a woman and per Miss Universe rules , I believe as long as the country has a law recognizing trans as a Woman.
I just realize Angela can be an instrument for us to show the World, the Universe rather that we Trans are existing as some countries still not recognize us. Let her compete she won't going to win anyway , IMG will just use her for publicity.
