Ornella Gunesekere wins Miss Universe Srilanka 2018, She will represent Srilanka at Miss Universe 2018 in Thailand, later this year
Prior to this; She represented Sri Lanka at Miss International 2010, Miss Grand International 2015 where she was TOP 10 Semifinalist, and Third runner up at Miss Supranational 2016

Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2018
Ornella Gunasekara (26) was crowned Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2018 earlier this week. Avid pageant fans will recognize her name as she was Miss Supranational Sri Lanka and third runner-up to Miss Supranational 2016. As Miss Grand Sri Lanka, she also placed in the top 10 of Miss Grand International 2015. Now the 1.7m beauty will set her sights on 2018 Miss Universe title. During the competition, she was also named Miss Congeniality, Miss Confidence and Miss Popular. Marion Wettasing and Natalee Fernando were named first and second runners-up respectively.
