Because Jenny is more Miss Worldish and Eevi is more Internationalish

And Yeah, grandma Julia is probably mad, but then again she already is mad to everyone who don't send national winners, so it wont make a difference if it's 1st or 2nd runner up

Red Carpet finale held at Billnäs Village, Helsinki

Jenny Lappalainen has been declared Finland’s representative to Miss World 2018. Jenny was elected at, one of the most traditional contests in Europe, Miss Suomi, on Saturday 29th September. Twenty contestants were selected for the competition and this was narrowed down to 10 semi finalists for the national final. Alongside the contestants, the show hosts captivated the audience with their presenting skills. The contest was presented by Janni Hussi, a host and Cosmopolitan blogger, Liro Harjula, a host and producer and host Heidi Sohlberg. Former Miss Suomi winners graced this red carpet affair too.

Jenny is 23 years old and from, the host city of the national final, Helsinki. She wants to use her Miss World Finland platform to provide safe living conditions and a quality of life for underprivileged children. Jenny is a former competitive swimmer and swimming instructor. It was teaching children how to swim that garnered her concern for children’s wellbeing. In an interview with Helsingin Uutiset, she said, “The definition of Miss Finland is being an ambitious woman. I believe I fit the criteria and values well.”
