This photo was published on 24^th July, one day after the final night. In this photo, Miss Mexico, Elvira Olvera, waves during the parade in her swimsuit. Unfortunately, she wasn’t in the Top 16 of Miss Universe 1954, but she will continue being considered a perfect girl by Mexican people.
