A pre-registered Mechanical Engineer by profession, traveller and avid reader by passion, Naina Runnoo is forever a student at heart. She invests much of her time in personal development and believes in being limitless. Naina made it one of her goals to work towards a different cause every three months. Naina is a polyglot and speaks French, English, Hindi, Creole and Spanish fluently. She is an intermediate German and Chinese speaker and she also speaks basic Russian. About Samantha:

Samanta is currently a college student aspiring to become a software engineer. She was always motivated to create an application which can help disabled people learn interactively since she believes that more can be done for them to prosper. She is passionate about art and she it is a dream of hers to establish an organization where people of all backgrounds can learn arts & crafts and socialise in order to inculcate the belief that the disabled are people just like us, even though they require special assistance in some areas. Samanta works closely with the district council Pamplemousses for various NGO projects.

About Vandana

Vandana is passionate about law. She recently earned her Masters Degree and is currently doing her pupillage. She works closely with the Lions Club and as the President of Flacq’s Leo Club. She aims to focus on sensitising people on the urgency of the need to be more environmentally friendly. Her hobbies include sports, spending time with her friends and travelling. Vandana has visited about 33 countries and she believes that travelling is the best education one can get by learning about other cultures and traditions.

Jade is a bright, hard working, charismatic woman with a passion for animals and helping those who are not as privileged. Holding a degree in Tourism from an international institute, Jade climbed the career ladder and now she successfully leads a customer service team, while also ongoing various freelance projects.

Her passion is to learn and grow and her drive to excel in whatever she does, guides her in all her actions. During her free time, Jade loves nature hikes, family time, sea activities and extreme sports such as mountain climbing and crossfit. Animal welfare is something which Jade advocates for. Diksha Toolsee is a 23 year old auditor by profession. She works in one of the Big Four firms. She recently earned her Degree in Accounting with a Minor Degree in Management at the University of Mauritius. Diksha is an avid swimmer. She also loves watching inspirational videos by Robin Sharma and Gopal Das. She is greatly inspired by the books "The Secret" and "The Power of Subconscious Mind"' which helped her to believe in herself and her dreams. She strongly recommends those books so that other people can also believe in themselves and achieve what seems to be achievable to them.

About Cheasta:

Cheasta Ramdhooneea is 22 years old and currently pursuing her studies in Bsc(Hons)Accounting. She aspires to be a teacher so she can help teenagers between the age of 16 to 18 to be raised as girls with voices, since there are “child marriages” still taking place, that is, marriages approved by parents of minors (under 18 years). At that age, they are still young and not mature enough to understand what marriage is and should be given the opportunity to focus on their education. She believes that this will be an achievement in gender equality. Cheasta is the youngest child in her family and she loves to dance. Her mother and sister are her support system. During her free time, she works closely with Young Star Mauritius, a NGO that provides help to the underprivileged.
