Alba Marie Blair to represent the Dominican Republic at 69th Miss World Final in London.

Alba Marie Blair, 21, has been crowned Miss World Dominican Republic 2019 during the grand coronation held at the Bavaro Grand Resort, Punta Cana. Presenting the event broadcast live on Telecentro Canal 13 was former Miss World Caribbean 2016, Yaritza Reyes

Alba said: “Today I present to you as the new Miss Dominican World, with the privilege and commitment to represent my beautiful country at this year’s Miss World final in London. During this process of preparation and hard work, I have had the opportunity to grow and learn new things that strengthen me not only for my journey ahead but for my life and to be able to contribute to my community and my country.”

The Dominican Republic has crowned one Miss World, Mariasela Álvarez in 1982.
