PS: can someone tell me how to post pic here lol there are pics of fatbardha when she was crowned and i wanna post the pic above has too much retouching

Miss Universe Kosovo 2019 is 21-year-old Fatbardha Hoxha. She was just crowned with guest of honor Miss Universe Albania 2019, Cindy Marina and these sister countries are now set to compete in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant. Kosovo last placed in Miss Universe 2012 with Diana Avdiu who was also Miss Photogenic that year.
