Introducing Miss World Rwanda 2022

Divine Nshuti Muheto to represent Rwanda at the 71st Miss World Final
19-year-old Divine Nshuti Muheto was crowned Miss World Rwanda 2022 during the grand finale at Intare Conference Arena on 19th March. 70 contestants from four provinces were selected to compete for the title with 20 finalists selected for the final night.

Maolithia Keza and Darina Kayumba emerged as first and second runners-up respectively.
Jeannette Uwimana, the first ever-deaf contestant, was the recipient of the ‘Most Innovative Project’ Award. Her Beauty with a Purpose project focuses on the rearing pigs in a modern way. The project will now receive funding from Rwanda’s bank of Kigili. Jeannette also plans use this platform to continue her advocacy for people with disabilities.
Divine said: “I’d like to take this time to thank God and my family and friends. Thank you guys for your support and for believing in me. It’s such a great honour to be trusted with the responsibility that comes with the crown.”

Divine will represent Rwanda at the 71st Miss World Final, where reigning Miss World, Karolina Bielawska will crown her successor.
