MADINA WAS A SUPRISE FOR ME.........NOONE WAS PREOCCUPIED WITH HER...AND SUDDENLY SOME DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL IN VIETNAM SHE MADE HER PRESENCE SO VIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG...SOME SAY THE GOWN....BUT HONESTLY I DONT FIND IT BAD...

Latest news from Germany's Miss Universe organization: Madina has resigned from her title due to time reasons. Her 1st ru, Larissa Krumhoff will now take over her duties until the next Germany's Miss Universe will be crowned next spring.

New 1st ru is 20 years old Valeria Bystritskaja from Karlsruhe, 2nd ru is Nancy Horst, 21, from Berlin.

She's truly beautiful, but she seemed timid on stage during the prelims last year. No denying she is totally gorgeous though! I loved her national costume. Maybe we will get a girl in the top 15 this year.

That's always the problem when they send the girls unprepared to big international pageants. 2 or 3 catwalk lessons are simply not enough... She did her best and enjoyed her stay in Vietnam, that's important!

Very true! She did always look like she was having a blast in Vietnam! I remember a video from before she departed for the pageant. She was drinking wine and showing off her wardrobe and she looked like she really enjoyed life.
