The coronation night was held in Portoviejo City, Ecuador, August 6th.

All hail the new queen. Miss United Continents 2022 Camelle Mercado from the Philippines. She bested 26 other candidates in the competition. Aside from the major title, she also placed 1st runner up in the National Costume presentation.

Mercado is the 2nd Filipino to win the crown. The first was in 2016 won by Jeslyn Santos and now the national director of Miss United Continents Philippines.

The coronation night was held in Parque Las Vegas in the city of Portoviejo, Ecuador last August 6th. The ougoing queen Anairis Cadavid Ardila of Colombia relinquished the crown at the end of the event.
