18-year-old Elitsa stands 1.70 m. (5'7") and was reported to have switched titles with actual Miss Bulgaria 2009 Antonia Petrova, who was then designed for Miss Universe 2009, following her admission of having breast implants.

Let's all wait and see who will REALLY represent Bulgaria in Miss Universe 2009 on August 1, when the contestants arrive in the Bahamas.

She's cute, but looks more Miss Tourism Queen than Miss Universe. Better than the Bulgarian girls of recent years though, so perhaps this delegate is a step in the right direction.

I think that the size of the implants really doesn't fit to the rest of her body. She would look much more better without this plastical-surgery change. She only wasted the money to damage her figure.
