Miss Israel 1956, Sara Tal, who was one of the semifinalists in Miss Universe 1956, will be a special guest of the Tri-State Women’s Division for Israel Bonds when it sponsors a fall festival luncheon October 29^th at Webster Hall, Pittsburgh. Women leaders from 68 communities will attend the affair.
