Stunning Yulia Krylova, Miss Moscow, was crowned Miss Global Beauty Queen 2008 at the Ningbo's Grand Theater a few minutes ago. Runner-ups were the representatives of Beijing (1st ru), Athens (2nd), Chisinau (3rd), and Tallinn (4th).
