So much for switching Organisations for better results, I am so angry right now. I cant believe Star Hellas Org sent someone as stunning as Zoe to Miss Intenational and this stupid new Org cant even find a half decent girl to send to Miss Universe..I feel like now that Star Hellas Organisation has lost the Miss Universe license they are making a better effort while GS Hellas is not even caring at this point. I mean the finalists this year for MU were the worst bunch of girls I have seen in many years...I couldnt even pick one that I remotely liked. Anyway rant over...like who cares what we have to say anyway. But yeh would have loved to see Zoe at Miss Universe...but we can only dream..I think we should have done well but we'll never know!!!

Don't worry about where to begin...Greek pageantry has officially come to an end...GR Hellas delegation isn't even hiding the fact that they just don't give a crap..so embarrassing and so sad considering the high hopes we had when they took over MU. Oh well we will always have Corina Tsopei I suppose!!

It's official, we totally gave up on pageantry.   At least a few years back we used to send unprepared, yet beautiful candidates. Now, what is this girl??? seriously? i see our org are being completely delulu on their FB page, by praising her and repeating their cringeworthy moto "bring our history back". 

I'm sure when she goes unplaced and comes back to Greece they will start spreading their lies again that she was sth like 21st or 22nd and she missed the cut by a small margin.

Haha, i really want to laugh, but in reality i'm so sad about how greek pageants ended up being, that i simply cannot.   I wonder if there's someone out there who has the money and vision to make Star Hellas reborn from its ashes and bring the contest back to its glorious days...

I think I know the connotation behind it...BUT...if they dont send a real Aphrodite to MU (and not a voskopoula from the xwrio) then how do they expect to bring "Aphrodite" home with the crown. I think The GS Hellas probably recognised that they may have bitten off a bit more that they can chew and are looking like they want to lose the license altogether. I actually noticed that their IG account hasn't been active for a while and only the Head of the Organisaton has an account under his name which he is posting from which is really weird.  Anyway we as the country of the birth of Aphrodite are done and dusted as far as pageantry goes....as you have said Klefto pageantry isnt as important in Greece and other European countries probably cause we have bigger fish to fry there and the truly stunning girls already have their lucrative careers and aren't interested in pageants.

after the prelims, and what we saw on stage, she cant say she was 21st or 22nd....

 lol...she shouldnt have even bothered going to the prelim..totally embarrassing!! Dont even get me started about the styling which made her look like Miss Piggy...but not in a good way!!! Was the greek delegation even there cause I didnt hear one single clap for her....it was like total silence...the audience was probably too stunned to even respond.. . Lets just toss the towel in and just wait till someone...anyone who can show some grit and determination to see Greece back at the top again. Until then we're just going to continue to see girls like Mariela go on holiday every year!!!
