"My proudest moments come from my deep passion for mental well-being. When I volunteered in laughter yoga sessions with seniors, I saw firsthand how positivity can truly transform lives. It's like they say, "A joyful heart is good medicine." This experience inspired me to create a card game aimed at helping young people understand mental health better. My motto, "Empower minds, change lives," keeps me going, pushing me to have open conversations about mental well-being.
