This photo was published on 21^st July, two days after the final night. Miss Peru, Gladys Zender, Miss Universe 1957, is only 17 years old, but she will keep the crown. Before the end of Miss Universe competition, Miss U.S.A., Leona Gage, was disqualified because she was married and had two children.
