This photo was published on 2^nd October 1957, twelve days before the final night. Miss Canada, Judy Welch, 20-year-old, poses at Montreal Airport on her way to compete in Britain’s Miss World Beauty Pageant which opens at the Lyceum, London, October 6. She is Canada’s first entry to the contest.
