Two transgender women compete in Miss Universe Colombia

Colombia has the possibility of being the first country to have two transgender women compete in Miss Universe Colombia.
Jassmine Jimenez of Antioquia (left) and Johana Garcia of Valle del Cauca (right) will try their luck to be part of the roster of candidates this 2024.
Miss Universe Organisation imposed several rules from last year allowing married, single mothers and even removing the age limit. In 2018, MUO opened its doors to transgender women to participate in the competition.
