I greet you all, my name is David Vencl, I'm 25 years old and I come from Nachod. I graduated from the Czech Agricultural University in Prague, field of business and administration. Currently I work as an administrative assistant in a music company. The main activities include making videoclips worldwide for the Italian frontman.

My next skill is in online marketing. It mainly deals with social networks, PPC advertising, search engine optimization and all other similar platforms that help increase awareness of cases. boost the brand. I greet you all, my name is Vojtěch Bělunek, I am 32 years old and I live in Ostrava. I am a hands-on worker and I together with a friend are the owners of FREE moto STYLE academy, which is engaged mainly in renting, selling, servicing electric motorcycles and organizing rides and FMX shows.

My hobbies include my family, freestyle motocross, gymnastics, sports in general, traveling and business.

In life I am constantly trying to improve, gain experience, learn something new, overcome my limits, etc. Freestyle motocross, for example, is a proof of overcoming challenges and a certain respect for risk. In the winter I disappear from the Czech Republic to explore various places on our incredibly beautiful planet Earth. And this is the only exception, where I cannot completely follow my self-discipline, but otherwise I am purposeful in some ways, but at the same time I sometimes have a problem with being eager. I like to go through life knowing which way, but even then I like spontaneity at times because we experience interesting situations.

I would like to tell all of you readers that each of us should enjoy life to the fullest, but that self-discipline has something to it, let's keep moving forward! Let's strive to make our lives and the world a better place. We can make it through!

Hello readers, my name is Daniel Štefan, I live in the brewery town Velké Popovice and I have been running around the world for 20 years. Studying security legal activity. My goal is to get to the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University.

I've been active in sports most of my life. My dominant sport is ice hockey, which opened my way to the USA for less than 3 years, I had the opportunity to play in New England Wolves, Charlotte Rush and Cincinnati Cyclones. Currently I am a Prague Cobra player. There’s no sport I don’t enjoy, I’m extremely competitive in all of them. I am a person who likes to accept challenges, sometimes even without thinking, which sometimes is not worth it . The word 'no' doesn't exist for me and I always give 110% to everything. My goal in life is to stay and be a good person.

When I'm not doing sports, I work in the gym at the reception and clean it up in the evenings. I am also happy to help my dad in the company where I work as a DPD courier. Last but not least, I conduct training for children up to 12 years old, regarding hockey, in-line skating or even ball games.

I like to relax unlike gym, I am able to spend more than 3 hours a day here. I love the atmosphere in the gym, created by the hard workers and the energy they just burn. When I find some free time, I try to be active on social networks like Instagram or tik tok, where I create my own content.

When I was a kid I was engaged in motocross. To this day, I like to dust off the old dirt, I like the smell of gasoline and burning tires. My parents always guided me in this direction. Although I didn't see much point in it, but rather just a hobby.

When someone asks me about an ideal place in nature, I immediately answer a pond or a river. In short, one of our family traditions is fishing.
I think versatility is important in life, so I like to learn new things. My dad always told me, " You don't have what you don't do for yourself." “My life motto is: “Beauty is in all of us, but everyone has to find it for themselves.”

Hello to everyone who took time to watch the Man of the Year.

During my studies, I was formed as a football player and model, and thanks to that I had the opportunity to travel the whole world. I consider this to be one of the best experiences because one can compare regions and ants. And that is priceless.

After I ended my football career as a player, I coached children football in AC Sparta Prague for several years. Through this experience, I found out how fulfilling I am to work with children and their complex development.

After graduating college, life took me back to school, this time in high school where I’m now teaching PE.

I signed up for the Man of the Year mainly because it's a motivation for myself. I consider it a challenge that allows me to move not only physically but also mentally and I'd like to become an inspiration to others as well.

My favorite motto is “Love what you do, do what you love” and my life direction is balance. Be neither a maximalist nor a minimalist. It's important for me to find my optimal self.

Three words that best describe me are: energetic, spontaneous and friendly.

In my life, I am most grateful for my parents who raised me in love and respect.
My vision, dream and goal in life is to have a healthy and loving family and to fulfill the dreams of my love and people around me.
Why should I become Man of the Year?

Because I work with children daily. I’m trying to develop and move them in the right direction, showing them the right values of humility, friendship and a positive attitude to sports. Thanks to the Man of the Year, I could spread these values outside of school and on the football field.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jan Jiránek, but everyone calls me Honzo. I am 26 years old and I come from Mladá Boleslav, where I work in Škoda Auto, of course.

My favorite city is Brno, where I continued to study engineering at VUT after high school and now I use the knowledge I gained in my job as a mechatronics.

In my free time I like to do sports, most often you can find me in the fitness center, where I previously worked as a student at the same time. I run, because I enjoy improving myself constantly, I love hiking up mountains or ferratas. I like to cycle and snowboard in winter.

I love adventure and the travel that comes with it. I can’t make it through a year if I don’t take a trip 2-3 times.

I'm interested in sports nutrition. I enjoy cooking, especially preparing different types of steaks.

I like to outgrow myself, I'm trying to develop in all ways and be the best version of myself.

The most important thing for me is my family, which is my greatest joy and supports me in everything.

I go by the motto: "Whatever you do in life, give it 100%, unless you're donating blood." ”

my name is Jiří Drab and I'm an enthusiastic traveler and an athlete. I work as a Manager at Scania where I try to overcome new challenges and achieve the best results every day. Professional growth and personal development are crucial for me, and I believe that every step we take moves us closer to our goals.

In addition to my professional path, I am intensively engaged in sports. Boxing for me is not only a means of keeping fit, but also a way to push my own limits. I had the honor of being a training partner of Jiří Procházka, which inspired me immensely and motivated me to develop further. Sports teach me discipline, determination, and perseverance, which are qualities I try to apply in other areas of my life. Besides boxing, I also like other sports, especially skiing, hiking and swimming, which provide a great way of relaxation and adrenaline at the same time.
Another area of my interest is education. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. In the past, I lectured microeconomy and macroeconomy at the university for four years.

Participating in the Man of the Year 2024 competition is an opportunity for me to not only showcase my qualities, but also inspire others to achieve their dreams and goals. I'm looking forward to this challenge and I believe it will bring me many new experiences.

Hey there everyone,

my name is Daniel Sklář, I am 29 years old and I am from Frýdek-Místek. I have been living in Prague for several years now, where I graduated from two universities, Cybernetics and Robotics at RobVUT and Management and Business at the University and worked for a long time as the technology manager of a company creating software for lawyers. However, I have made a change in the last year and now I am fully devoted to my long-standing hobby, helping men optimize testosterone and estrogen levels for women with my brand and drink Donor.

My other favorite activities are grilling and fitness. At grilling, I like to make people happy with good food and that's why I try to host my loved ones as much as possible. I enjoy grilling so much that this year I and my friend competed on TV Prima for the title of best grillmaster in the Czech grilling reality show Czech on Grill with judge Zdenek Pohlreich. Because after a good meal you also need to exercise, I like fitness, specifically strength training, which is one of the foundations of longevity and also supports brain functions. Another hobbies is yachting. Tightening the sails and setting sail to the sea is perhaps every man's dream. I try to be versatile, and though I usually make a living, I also like manual labor and keep my life quite literally.

I also like to travel and explore new parts of the world. I was fortunate enough to travel through part of Asia visiting for example the Great Wall of China or the beautiful beaches of Thailand, climbing the highest mountain in Africa Kilimanjaro and seeing the wildlife of Tanzanian safaris, seeing the amazing sites of ancient Inca civilizations in South America or the Aztecs in Mexico, snorkeling with sharks in the Caribbean sea, fly a balloon over the rocky cities in Cappadocia or chase Elon Musk in California. This is only a fraction of the adventure traveling brought me.
The man of the year should be versatile and not only representative in his appearance and good manners. To be educated, intelligent and able to lead people. I believe that I represent many of these qualities through my work and activities so far, either as a technology chief at a software company or a grillmaster on a TV. Now on my way to level up these skills.

Hi, my name is Jakub Mádl, 35 years old finalist number 8.

I come from a simple loving family from a small town in the Králové Hradec Region. Already in high school, I was thinking how to develop myself as a person and how to access opportunities that people around me never thought of. I was rather a dreamer, and I didn't give much to a study as such. I was practicing karate, in which I participated in republican competitions. Karate has given me discipline in my life and the art of overcoming physical pain and bearing weight. I've read a lot of books on self-development and financial literacy. He was my idols at that time, for example. David Schwartz, or Napoleon Hill.

I thought I'll find another development and direction at the University, however I found out that it's not about school, but my expectation of what I want in life. I decided to leave my studies, I found a job as an automotive appliance and looked for investment opportunities. I'm intrigued by the real estate market. Especially real estate before reconstruction. I bought the first apartments which I renovated myself and then rented. It was my first own business with priceless experience. This job taught me skills, diligence and perseverance. Currently I work as a technical assistant to a cameraman in Prague and have been devoted to consulting and selling robotic lawnmowers for several years.
My hobbies include traveling, diving in exotic destinations or paragliding. I like working among people, such as the one in a movie, and I am interested in other people's lives. I am fascinated by learning about other cultures. I believe you can find an inspiring story and something to admire in each of you.

My motto is a healthy body a strong spirit. Because of this, I've been practicing fitness for years and I think a healthy lifestyle, determination and desire to try new challenges have led me to this competition.

Hello everyone, my name is Jakub Klíma

I am 32 years old and I come from Tábor, where I also studied SZeŠ. I’ve been actively engaged in horse riding since I was 15 years old and for 8 years my main source of income. I drove professionally for a parkour stable in South Bohemia. Horseback riding remained my passion and I ride actively to this day, the horse is my friend

Since 2016 I have been living in ěeské Budějovice. It didn't take long and a life change came. When I was 23 years old. Hand in hand with an idea and a dream to open a bar. Enjoying myself with my family and friends. I am a person who likes to face challenges and pursues my dreams. So I thought when, if not now?! I opened a bar Zebra Bar & Karaoke in the center of eleské Budějovice. Different generations are having fun, singing, enjoying time together in it. This is my major business but not my only one.

Versatility is my own, so my friend and I founded a company Vision360, renting a 360 video booth, for various events across the country.
Due to the form of business, my life takes place mainly in the night hours. I try harder to take care of my body, mind and soul throughout the day. I like horses even under the hood. Adrenaline is my passion and motorcycle riding pours into my veins both adrenaline, but at the same time perfectly relaxes and regenerates my mind.

I like doing sports, the gym recharges me and keeps me in shape. What will we do, there are no cakes without work both in sports and in business. Gym, horse riding, cycling and other sports. On land and in water, jetski, wake or just jump from a cliff into the sea and feel the freedom.

One of my big hobbies include traveling, exploring different places around the world. Different cultures and ways of life will open a person's mind and change the way we look at our own life, where we are going. For me, it’s one of the best investments in myself.

Hey there everyone,

My name is Petr Hantych, I am 29 years old and I live in letstí nad Labem.

I am a qualified cook/waiter but I am not practicing the profession.

I work as a driver (transport of biochemical and microbiological material).

I like my job mainly because of the daily contact with people.

I use the time spent in the car to listen to various podcasts about self-development or nature.

While working I completed a carpenter/furnituremaker retraining course in Prague. I love woodworking, so this was an obvious choice.
I have already made it myself, for example, a chair, a jewelry box or TV table.

I love sports since I was a kid and I devoted myself to parkour for many years. In 2013 I had a car accident, which unfortunately the driver did not survive and I lost my left leg. I was lying in the hospital for a month and a half and I lost 55 kg then. The goal was clear ... gain muscle mass immediately to avoid depression. I motivated myself everyday.

As soon as I got out of the Anesthesiology and CPR I started riding in a wheelchair because I had torn ligaments in my right leg. I decided to use the wheelchair to at least strengthen my arms and so I began going down and up the hill in front of the hospital. The more my body healed, the more I devoted myself to working out. In the last few months I started to do calisthenics, which began to fulfill me.

I try to motivate other people both in life and sports because obstacles are made to face. I take life as it is and we should accept what life gives us.

my name is Marcel Nazad, I'm 34 years old, I'm competing with number 11 and I'm cool.

I live in Olomouc, but I am from Prostejov and I also work here as a branch manager of FVE in ELEKTRO S.M.S. I have been devoted to this company and work for 11 years and I have led two more branches. In case you want cooperation, do not hesitate to contact me.

Been an active athlete since childhood. Switched from hockey to hockeyball. I play in the first league for Brno and at alternating starts of extraliga for Letohrad. I play a defender and won the best defender award in the 20/21 season. leagues.

My other activities generally include sports such as cycling, running, swimming, hiking and more.

Outside of sports I actively trade in the stock market, I listen to podcasts and audiobooks.

I like order, regular regime and always have a plan how to achieve my personal goals.

I am often very aggressive about the result, which sometimes hurts me.

I live by the proverb, "there is no pie without work"!
