This photo was published on 14th July, eleven days before the final night. A couple of cute candidates for the Miss Universe 1958 title from abroad took a Ferris wheel ride at Palisades Park in New Jersey. It was a thrill for Miss England, Dorothy Hazeldine (left), and Miss Netherlands, Corine Rottschäfer (right).
