The beautiful Miss Mexico Elvira Leticia Risser, as she got off the plane that brought her from the City of Palaces, to compete in Miss Universe 1958 pageant held in Long Beach, California. Miss Mexico appears with Edmundo Gonzalez (left), General Consul of Mexico in this city and Ignacio A. Pesqueira (right), assigned consul, who went to the airport to welcome this Mexican beauty.
