Pimai Souksavanh Vongsomphou (LAOS 2024)

Pimai Souksavanh Vongsomphou (@pimaivongsomphou), also known as Pimai Vongsomphou, is a 28-year-old fitness trainer standing at 1.67 meters tall. She has a passion for exercise and loves teaching people how to develop and maintain their physical fitness. Recently, she earned a diploma as a yoga trainer and also launched her own business in the healthcare product sector.

Pimai was born into a poor family in the rural area of Pasong City, Champasack Province, Laos, located on the Bolaven Plateau. This region is known for its cool climate throughout the year and its coffee exports. Becoming Miss Grand Laos has been her dream since 2018, but due to her family’s financial situation, she hadn’t had the opportunity to participate until now.

On a personal level, Pimai loves helping and supporting those in need. In 2018, she personally prepared food to aid people affected by the massive dam break in Attapue Province, located in southern Laos. More recently, she supported flood victims in Vientiane, Laos’ capital, alongside the Miss Grand Laos Organization.

Pimai is immensely proud to hold the title of Miss Grand Laos 2024. For her, this title is not just a dream come true, but also a life-changing opportunity. She is honored to represent her homeland, particularly “Vat Phou,” the UNESCO World Heritage site, a temple complex that stands as one of the oldest places of worship in Southeast Asia, to the global audience.
