I don´t know why but the most interesting for me is Ingrid Lorena Moreno. She´s is not the typical beauty but she´s very charismatic and exotic for me (And clever too, she studies medical school)

Unfortunately it seems that it was just a gossip - on officil pictures is still Juliana. I think she won because of her famous aunt(she was Srta. Colombia too)
