Miss Deaf World 2009 was held at Prague, Czech Rep., July 11.
The winner is Diana Kovtunova from Ukraine,
1st RU is Simhiwe Magagul from Swaziland,
2nd RU is Maria Baranova from Russia.

BEAUTIFUL OR NOT CONGRATS TO THE PARTICIPANTS. A GOOD EXAMPLE THAT A DISABILITY MEANS NOTHING AT ALL.

A couple of years ago in MPRU one of the contestants was deaf, and I think 2 years ago one of the Miss Venezuela's went to ME or MI and also was deaf ( Sabi please correct me if I'm wrong ) and she was very beautiful. I do not think that being deaf should be a problem for being a Beauty Queen, you only need your sixth sense ( HEART ) to care for the people in need...
