The Committee Miss Guadeloupe World will meet in New York, Tuesday, January 19, Annette Cammer, director of the Miss Universe committee, whether it will assign the license to be a candidate to Guadeloupe this prestigious beauty contest. The Guadeloupe is competing with Martinique as Annette Cammer decided not receive a single department that will represent the French Caribbean, 2010-2011. Ms. Rubinel of the election committee Martinique Queens, will also go.

There is a waiting list for irregular countries to participate in Miss Universe. It was already at 21 when I last checked. I don't know what it's up to now. British Virgin Islands is replacing Cayman Islands in 2010, unless the national pageant can earn funds before the deadline.
