My theory to explain Jitka's invisibility is:
1/ Recently, Maláčová and her co-workers had to do many things around joining Miss ČR and Česká Miss together. There must be many business arrangements behind and we cannot see it... So there were not so many time for MU preparation.
2/ Jitka is really short and Maláčová herself doesn't believe in her success with such a small height. And that might be why Veronika is prefered.

What do you think? Does it make sense a bit? May be I'm completely mistaken... I don't know.
