this year's judges must've been very sleepy/not paying attention/blind/confused or something. if they really based the final placements on overall impression, it is really very puzzling why Monagas (who literally sleepwalked the whole night) and Anzoategui placed higher than Natasha.

Maybe she cant go for Miss International 2009 or Miss Word 2009, because the Miss World Venzuela 09, Ma. Milagros Veliz is too overage for MW.
