This girl is really pretty....could be a darkhorse if "politics" has anything to do with it (think earthquake Haiti) but I'm still waiting to hear her speak Creole.....she cannot be a true representation of Haiti if she doesn't know how to speak Creole or French....in her video interview she says she speaks English and Spanish....no mention of Creole or French....sorry but if she gains a placement it will be totally political!

Watched the video again....actually she does speak five languages.....don't know how I missed that....and among them is French and Creole....as well as Spanish, English and she's learning Mandarin.....I love polyglots....well, I would love to hear her speak some French and some Creole as well.....so who knows....she could be a dark horse!

Wow....seems like I was wrong about this girl....she is 100% Haitian, parents and grand-parents etc....her mother was killed and had to flee Haiti when she was younger......so the Dominican Republic became her new home....that is where she received the majority of her education.....she is very concerned for Haiti and part of her platform is to create more awareness for the need of rebuilding of infrastructure, development, and other forms of aid..... Felicitations a Miss Haiti!....Sak Passe mon belle!.....y Maravilloso Senorita Haiti tu es muy bonita!!
