how about miss Philippines no matter how beautiful she is or not she always makes the last 10,5 etc! Venezuela was nice but not to win! i agree! ecuador Spain etc where so much better. and my fav Brasil :-(

I feel that countries should slowly slowly start boycotting this stupid pageant...its obvious that its more to do with other things than beauty. The MU organisation owed it to all these countless nations who participate year in year out to provide transparency and fairness in the whole voting process. Countries also expend a lot in effort and money to prepare their candidates to send them to MU and therefore they are owed the truth about whats really going on behind closed doors...are we really expected to believe that Venezuela deserved 3 MU titles in 6 years over equally deserving girls...are they serious. I agree with you marievause on Spain and Ecaudor and what is going on with Philippines breaking into top 10 every year and don't get me started on the beautiful Panama missing out...and to honest I wouldn't have even minded Miss Dominican Republic winning she was so gorgeous. I read somewhere that people were questioning the crowning of Miss Venezuela at the end. They were saying that normally the first runner is announced first and then the winner but this year only the winner was announced they didn't actually announce the 1st runner up which was really suspicious. Anyway MU has become a joke and Trump should hand over control of the pageant to more credible management!!!!

It has become such a huge joke honestly...why should any other countries even bother entering...Venezuela spends ridiculous amounts of money in the beauty and pageantry industry that other countries cannot compete with including offering cosmetic surgery to girls who they feel have potential...I even just found out that they pay a higher franchise fee to MU and apparently that guarantees them higher placement than most countries.....so where is the fairness...why should other countries go to the trouble when they have as much chance of winning the lotto as they have in taking out the title of MU....that's why I said we should all boycott MU..this pageant has gone to the dogs!!!!!

I am going crazy looking at these official judges scores....the variance in the official scores is weird...you go from like 9.4 to 8.017. What makes me crazy is that Nicuaragua got 8.017 with China behind her on 8.267. My dilemma is that how Nicauragua and China got into the top 16 when the judges didn't rate them so high. I find it hard to believe that other contestants such as Poland, Panama even France didn't get higher than 8.017 scores for swimsuit...their bodies were thousand times more better especially better than Nicaurugau or China who looked anorexic!!! And dont get me started on the 9.7 given to Venezuela for evening gown...while most of the others got around the 8.5 mark...are they serious....Venezuela did not look THAT good...for heavens sakes...took about bias..I hate this pageant with a passion!!!
