In some cultures people wear white dresses, play happy music and laugh at a funeral because they are happy for the one who passed away as he/she is in a better place now...

yes, i was thinking about that ...maybe its same case

maybe its because its picture taking...so they need to project and smile..lol...some of those pictures is not stolen one....
