The 30 semifinalists of Miss South Africa have been chosen and the field will be reduced to 12 finalists that will compete for the title and crown of Miss South Africa 2010. There are some familiar faces among the group of 30 semifinalists, including Bokang Montjane (Miss Earth South Africa 2007), Chanel Grantham (Miss Earth South Africa 2009), Anja van Zyl (1st runner up to Miss SA 2008), and Dorah Mtetwa (finalist in Miss SA 2008).

MEET THE 12 FINALISTS OF MISS SOUTH AFRICA 2010!!!

Road to Miss South Africa 2010 - Meet the 12 finalists! _d2x3910

1) Natasha Kashimoto is 19 years old and comes from Benoni. She is a part-time model and is also a first year B/Com student at UNISA.

2) Kiasha Naidoo is from Kempton Park, Johannesburg and is 22 years old. She is currently completing a B.Com degree in Marketing.

3) Malesotse Makgalemele iis 23 years old and comes from Auckland Park, Johannesburg. She is a part-time model and is a first year BA Geography student at the University of JHB.

4) Sandhya Naidoo is from Musgrave in Durban in Cape Town and is 21 years old. She is a final year business science law student at the University of Cape Town.

5) Anja van Zyl is from Pretoria and is 22 years old. She is a second year psychology student at University of South Africa.

6) Bokang Montjane lives in Honeydew Ridge, Johannesburg and is 24 years old. She runs a modeling and confidence school based in Auckland Park. She has a diploma in Public Relations Management.

7) Bianca Coutinho is 22 and lives in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. She is an events coordinator at shopping centre and attained a BA Corporate Communication from University of Johannesburg.

Dorah Mtetwa is 24 years old and was born in Soweto. She has a Certificate in Business Management and has a BCOM in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg.

9) Careen Truter is from Strand in Cape Town and is 19 years old. She is a first year student at the University of Stellenbosch and is studying Human Resource Management.

10) Chanel Grantham is from Durban, KZN. She is 21 years old and is a final year BSC Property student at the University of Cape Town.

11) Danicka Riehl is from Hillcrest, Pretoria and is 18 years old. She is a first year BSC Biological Sciences student at the University of Pretoria.

12) Dhesha Jeram is from Constantia, Cape Town and is 23 years old. She has a B.Com degree in Economics and Management and is currently working for Shell SA in Human Resources.

The winner of Miss South Africa 2010 will be elected on Sunday, December 12th and will represent SA on Miss Universe and Miss World 2011 pageants.
