The BEST BLACK BEAUTY in MU!!!

Verna Vasquez of Curacao competed in Miss Universe 1997. She was my number favorite for the crown that year. Till to this day, I still believe she's the BEST black beauty ever seen at a MU competition. Her face is perfect, long, toned legs, beautiful jet black hair, and her overall package is amazing.
Yes, we have Tanzania 07, Italy 97, Angola 07, Colombia 02 and so on...but Verna Vasquez from the Curacao who finished top 6th that night was way underscored and deservers a higher placement.

OMG!!! I sill remember that story!!!
You still remember the interview portion of Carolina during the 99 MU about the race issue. I was sad because it didnt work on her favor but she completely blew me by her confidence and how she presented herself throughout! OMG!!!

omg!!! i keep watching it over and over again. i guess the judges didnt bought the race issue like what they did to denny during the interview portion!!!
